^ I don't think assistants matter for sheit to be honest.

That said Pop would not be doing this if he didn't think highly of Hammons as he is about the last person in sports to do something just for good press/media attention. It will be interesting to see how it goes...

Well it helps to have a female coach when you have a team of female players.....great decision by the Spurs. Now Parker and Splitter don't have to feel like a bunch of male coaches are dominating them.
