Yes folks, right here, we have the "Heat" coming from Florida to 3peat against the "Spurs" from the great State of Texas!
3peat meaning the Miami Heat is trying to win 3 NBA championships in a row!

Last year, these very same teams played a game 7 before it went the heat way...

Who wins this year?

Oh, BTW, this poll runs for 7 days , you can also pick multiple, like if I think LeBron and Miami will win it in 6 or may be 5 games, I am allowed to pick that.

So, 7 days, that is next Sunday when this poll closes.

No one is getting swept in this series so there shouldn't be any votes for either team to win in 4.

Even though the Heat look better, I'm sticking w/ my original thought: Spurs in 6.

Going with SA in 7. All things considered their play wasn't terribly convincing vs. OKC given how poorly the Thunder adjusted to life without Ibaka the first 2 games. But I do think they will find a way to limit Wade and the rest and this year I don't think Lebron is beating them by himself.

If Parker can't play or is seriously limited then the pick switches to Miami for sure. The Spurs will need Parker at or near 100% to win this series.

If they have to shoot Tony up to the stage of numbness, he'll be out there. Not a chance he's missing any significant time during the NBA finals. :snigger

I can't stand either of these woeful teams, but LeBron and Wade better finish San Antonio off early and leave no doubt. San Antonio winning a title would really be disgraceful for modern basketball.

That spin move by Wade was nice.

Pretty good half, both teams will look to clean up the turnovers in the 2nd half but aside from that it was pretty well played. It's easy pickings for the Spurs in the paint and unlike Indy they are smart enough to consistently take advantage of the Heat's weak defense down low.

Of all the arenas for the A/C to malfunction it happens in Texas. They said the temperature on court is almost 90 degrees and that is understandably leading to some of these turnovers.

Doubtful. Most are caused by pure stupidity.

And Lebron is pussing out in the 4th quarter and SA goes on a big run.

Game 1 is done. I figured SA would get game 1 anyway. I didn't figure on them having 20+ TO though

Pretty embarrassing for Lebron. He seems to get cramps a lot but he is looking real bad tonight. No one else cramped up tonight.

Cramps come from improper preparation and diet, right?

I'd think not being properly hydrated. The brick truck doesn't seem to lack preparation and I doubt his diet is bad. But what a time to check out. Game 2 is make or break for Heat.

That's what I meant about diet (lack of hydration).
