The cops don't make the final decision on who is guilty and who is not. The courts will do that. If V is not responsible, I believe she would be found so.

But, I don't think this goes to the court. With V having so much money, it would be easier for her to settle it out of courts.

Also, there seems to be a history of V running to minor traffic violations before.

If the police thought Venus was responsible for the accident,why didn't they take action when the incident happened? she wasn't even given a fine? I find that strange quite frankly,here in Sydney,Australia she would have been breath tested and also tested for drugs to begin with,then charged if she was responsible for the accident,then a hearing in court.

Not only was she not issued a fine, there was no citation issued either. The suit filed by this family is civil only. There are no criminal charges against her.
