I feel Serena has a reasonable draw in Miami.Serena usually plays well in Miami.I mean she hasn't won 6 titles there for nothing:) I agree with Sundaymorningguy's post regarding Serena's serve and return game.

I will be interested to watch Aga's performance in Miami? with her knee issue.

Yeah, it would be surprising if anyone other than Serena won this.

I will be interested to watch Aga's performance in Miami? with her knee issue.

I hope Aga's knee is OK. The tour needs her.

Not sure whether it's fitness....wondering whether it's a mental thing where she can't get the tiebreak loss out of her head and loses immense focus? It's a quality that's developed over time and she's still young.

On another note. Zheng Xie doesn't seem to play well against anyone except the Williams'. Seems like she only lifts her game when she has to play either Venus or Serena.

Are Sveta and Sam playing doubles in Miami? I must admit I haven't read the full draw in the doubles :)

I really think this is Serena's to lose.

Serena loves playing in Miami and honestly she always has the advantage of coming into it fresh while everyone else is coming off a tough week in the desert.

Also as someone else said Serena can usually win tournaments like Miami with a few "ugly wins."

I hope Aga withdraws. She really needs to heal that injury.

Im not quite sure I can ever bet on Petra to make it where she's supposed to. When expectations are at their absolute bottom she usually surprises.

Sharapova I actually see doing well here. I think she should probably be feeling a bit of panic about how dismally she's played this year and that usually drives her towards some good results.

I really don't think Halep playing Venus would even be a contest. Venus had some great results in Dubai and that's WONDERFUL for her fans (me being one of them), but she's never going to be the Venus we knew. Halep is on the rise and she's got absolutely nothing to lose. She will win in straights if it happens.
