Master 1000 tournament following Rogers Cup, it's the survival of the fittest folks.

Defending Champion is Rafa Nadal who is injured, runner up is John Isner.
Novak Djokovic is the top seed.

Murray falls on Roger's quarter this time, with Bird and Milos in the same half.

Nole gets David in his quarter, Dimitrov and Wawrinka commplete the half.

If this week is any indication, nothing means anything...

Well, the projected (not the actual) quarter finals are almos the same as in Toronto
Draw except for the switching of Murray and Ferrer.

Good. Roger will get a chance to narrow the head-to-head with Murray.

I was thinking of chirping something about interesting first round matches; guess what,
I could not find any, honestly.

What about Feli Lopez v. Cilic? Plus, Kohlscreiber v. Chardy could be entertaining.

Kohly is in a funk of late. Deliciano vs. Drug Addict could be interesting.

Trivia: Every body knows Rafa won this last year and Novak has never won this.
Many also know that Roger won this five times since 2003.
Do you know that Andy won this five times as well since 2003.

Kieran refers to him as "Cough Drop," which I think is funnier. Judy Murray's favorite will prevail, I hope. And it's true that Kohly is not up to snuff, and Chardy has been having a good year. But they're kind of both at a similar level, and I love both of their games, so it could be fun.

Good try, but wrong answer. Think hard.

Wait, what's the question? Andy Murray has not won any tournament five times since 2003. First of all, he's only been on tour since 2005. But I'm not even sure what your question is.

I see Nick Kyrgios qualifying match was cancelled with him down a set (lost it 6-1) and 2-2 in the 2nd. Is he injured? Not because he was losing but because it was cancelled.

I like this draw for Nole a bit better than the one in Toronto. Fingers crossed he wins this last Masters 1000 event that is missing from his collection.;)

He is scheduled to practice in Cincy right now, so that was a bit of relief for me as I was afraid he might stick around in Toronto for longer and party a bit.

There was no question, just a quip. Last year this was won by Nadal. In the previous
10 editions it was won by Roger 5 times and Andy 5 times. The distribution of Andy wins
is as follows:

Andy Roddick 2, Andy Murray 2, Andre Agassi 1.
