I went w/ Halep in 3. She has to serve well like today. I think she had 9 or 10 aces and a few other service winners. It will be close, but I think she will welcome the challenge and push through her nerves to take it in the decider.

I did too but then I thought... What's the chances of Masha losing a 3 setter to Simona?

I voted wrong on purpose! Masha will take this in 2 and if it goes 3, then I don't see any chances for Simo!

What happened to the poster Si Si. With Halep having a good run, I was expecting his
return, but I am not saying any posts by him (or may be it is because I spend less time

Petra was the last person left w/ the firepower to match Maria. That being said, you don't have to match Maria's power to defeat her.
