Just like in Indian Wells, Nadal will have to play a 3rd set to win his 2nd round match.

He still has Raonic on his quarter so it is not as easy as it looks...

All Rafa has to do is force Raonic to move around; Milos' body will do the rest.

The way Nadal plays, he is beatable. Despite all the "incline" partisans, he is not what he used to be.
Plus a reminder, Raonic has the best record in 2016 of all the players not named Djokovic.. Point wise and also % wise.

You know as well as anyone, that his body breaks down whenever he is forced to move. Heck he was questionable about playing here after Nole made him run during the beatdown in the desert. Rafa can do the same, incline or no incline. :snicker

And his record is good due to the fact he took all that time off after he injured the hip abductor... the less you play the less opportunities to be beaten. ;)

Also you should know that Nole ROS will make Milos service game take longer than 3 balls. Rafa is not in the same league. He used to have a very good ROS, but not anymore. If Milos serves well, Rafa will not break him.

Where are all the Rafa fanatics? I keep hearing about "he's back," the serve is clicking, and talking about the rotation on his shots being so good! Who's this kid taking him to the limit again? Never heard of him! :nono :cover :ras:

You still never answered my question from another thread. I don't know any giants that you are a fan of, and if this fella wasn't kind of a Canadian, would you still be cheering him on??? :nono I don't think so.

You're assuming he gets to Milos; lost his serve after being up 40-love! :cover  :dodgy: :eyepop

Drama on center court. Nadal w/ 2 visits by the trainer. But decides not to retire and play on.

Not missing much. The guy is pretty much keeping the ball in court and jumping on anything short.

I wanted Dzumhur to pull the upset, but not this way, through retirement.
Sorry if Nadal got injured.

Didn't really say, but the doctor was on court and took his vitals. He complained he didn't feel well. It's either the heat or he came into the match w/ something.

I didn't see that part, I was too disgusted to watch Dzumhur winning games against Rafa. I think it's the humidity. The conditions were too tough for the Spaniard. That's the only explanation I see.
