I'll take Portugal, Wales, Germany (can't bet against them) and France.

Portugal v Poland
Wales v Belgium
Germany v Italy
France v Iceland


I suppose Belgium are coming good at the right time, and both Italy and Germany are very strong. France might also continue to improve.

Iceland and Wales and Poland have performed above themselves, and Portugal have been fairly rubbish so far. My semifinal projections, however, will put Portugal in there because I think they're born lucky this time:
