Sabalenka v Raducanu is now going 3 sets,
1st set went to a TB though Saba did have a break and Emma broke back to take it to a TB, Emma's 1st serve let her down in the TB, Saba winning 76(3)
Also Emma's new coach Roig keeps talking non stop to Emma and the umpire had to talk to Emma to remind her he cant give instructions only when she is serving her her box, Roig got out of his seat at one stage and went over to talk to Emma?
In the 2nd set Emma's first serve was on 'song' which was crucial for her, Saba level did drop with cheap ufe and Emma took advantage and won the 2nd set 64,this was the first time Emma has taken a set off Saba.

Saba has become a total Headcase had 3 PBs and could not convert, this service game of Emmas had 13th deuces? she reminds me of the Saba of old about 2 years ago, she just handed the game to Emma who could not find a first serve
Some type of miracle Saba holds and leads 5-4 in the 3rd set ( she should have won the match, of course she went AWOL )

Emma is playing well this season and surprisingly more or less full season schedule since that USO title. She is limited as a player though and I still can't believe she won a slam.

the stars aligned for her that year. If you go back and watch any of those T2 highlight shows, she didn't face anyone in the top 10 because they were all on the other side or knocked out early. To me she will need another such draw to happen if she were to win another big title. Just don't see that happening twice to the same person.

It was full on Ugly, Saba gave Emma plenty of chances with her cheap UFE I mean there was 13 deuces and Saba had 2 BPs and gave them away
It was only in the 3rd set TB that Saba stood up and finally hit a Ace to get the match, Saba just was pure Grit in that TB
It is a match I am going to forget in a hurry lol!
