This was before Dimitrov's quarters but the commentator reminded us that Grigor is undefeated in 2017.

An old friend of ours is predicting Nadal in 4, so I'll go with him. Grigor and his new attitude and approach are an unknown at this level, so he looks dangerous, but I'm not sure he makes the long slog v. Rafa. Also, Rafa likes a rally player more than a big tall server, so he should be more comfortable, even if I'm pretty sure this will be a longer, tougher match.

No 5 Gruelling sets so Rafa will be a spent force by the time he takes the court versus Roger. Bring it On :good:
Roger just played 5 sets, too. Oh, right...but he gets that extra day of rest. :lol6: No, seriously...I'll even take 5 sets, if he wins.

There you have it. I am sure you are fearing some kind of third degree reverse jinx, so you do not need to worry anymore. Honestly, as in fact I like Dimitrov´s game (funny we had a little debate about him not too long ago), the natural thing for me is to root hard for the guy, but in the end I do not really now who to root for, not even what result I prefer. Well, gun to the head I would say 25-23 in the fifth for Dimitrov, but apart from that...
