I would like Serena to take it, but I feel Osaka has this one.

Osaka has the firepower, no doubt., and rightly is the favorite.

Having said, that, Naomi's movement is still not one of her strengths and I do think that Serena is better conditioned than at the USO, so I give Serena the edge in 3 hard fought sets.

Fact: Every time Osaka has reached the s/final at a slam,she has gone on to win the title.
I have been impressed with Osaka,especially in her match against Garbine saving MPs,that was clutch from Osaka.Her return game s has been outstanding and it will have to be against Serena.Both are aggressive players from the baseline,either player will want to dominate.
Serena's defense and movement has been a key in her matches to dates,especially against Sabalenka and Halep.
Let's face it this match should be ' A Final' not a s/final.

No,it is a bright sunny and warm day in Melbourne,just watching some mixed doubles and I am certain the players will enjoy the fans coming back to Melbourne Park for the next 4 days.
