Talking of Rotterdam, Roger will drop a 500 next week. He will now tie with Samurai. Who is listed first depends on who has more big points. But, for draw purposes it does not matter who is #6 and who is #7. But, Fed need to make sure that he does not fall below 8 and needs to pull himself back up to top 4 before Wimbledon starts (especially as his formula points will not be very great this year on grass, thanks to Kandy).

David Ferrer has been given a wild card to Madrid Masters. Apparently, he has announced his retirement and this shall be his last tourney.

Beg to differ. I think a low seeding would be good for Federer, if he wants to win it all. The sooner he finds Djokovic, the better. Same for Nadal, who is less of a threat for him at Wimbledon, but surely even less if on the first week, as Darth and Front have been praying for in the last 10 years. The last low seeding Federer had was AO 2017 and that was, IMO, his second best tournament in overall form in the last two years (the best was Indian Wells 2017), and surely his best major. He had good seeding in the last Wimbledon and it did not help much.

I agree with your clain w.r.t Rafa. Rafa is more dangerous in second week than first week.

However, I am not so sure of the same w.r.t. Novak. It is best to hope that someone takes out Novak. For that to happen, Roger should be as far away from draw as possible from Novak.

Tsonga won’t play in IW because he has some kind of sickness in his blood that makes him to feel too tired after a long trip and then he needs to rest at least for 5 days, poor guy :(
