LA still is such a big talking point in the NBA and then they have Magic there and may get Paul George...basically people are reaching really hard but I don't see it.
Me neither. The guy is chasing rings, LA makes no sense

This is like watching the Harlem Globetrotters play. The easy layups and dunks would make you think the game is scripted but this is actually just how bad the Cavs defense naturally is. Game 1 the Warriors just weren't aggressive enough but this is cake. LeBron is kind of caught between a rock and a hard place, he's only taken 6 shots but he's gotten some of the pawns involved and realistically there is no hope to win if they aren't hot.

And they should be resting Bron a bit. Is their plan to have him play 45+ minutes every game? Even he gets tired and I think he currently is. He's been awful this quarter

Regular season bro. Come on. He is a great player, don't get me wrong but I feel like Simmons will be better and soon.
True..Darth James Harden can play ..he is definitely one of the top 5 players in the league..that’s huge

It doesn't take rocket science to see that LeBron has to be guarding one of the Warriors top three. He is the only plus perimeter defender the Cavs have. He was guarding Durant and even Curry a lot more in game 1, in this game they're putting him on Green and other secondary threats. Just stupid IMO. Kind of a mediocre game from Bron and a predictable blowout.

Step Curry is by far the greatest marksman I have ever seen.. Step clowned the Cavs today. Game over

No doubt about that, by far the best shooter of all-time. And with that it's extra important not to give him a bunch of easy looks which this Cavs team is just made to do. The Cavs scrubs are bad on offense but way worse on defense. Thompson is the only other defender on that team that doesn't suck.

Totally agree except he is more than a marksman, in that most marksmen of today and the past never created their own shots. They had to be open, feet set, waiting for the right pass. Step has the moves to create space, create his own shot, drive , etc...He is the whole package.

It's quietly a very large dropoff from #3, Steph to #4 Harden.
I'm sorry I don't agree that Harden is a better player than Anthony Davis. I can't... I won't agree..

And frankly when Kawhi is back he ain't better than him either

Kawhi is an unknown and I love AD but it's a perimeter player's league. Harden has proven more valuable and trust me I don't like admitting that at all.

would you rather have Harden in your team than AD?

Yes, if I didn't know who else is on my team I'd pick Harden, even if I like AD's game much more. Of course if I already have one of the other top dogs I'd probably take AD.

I respect the fact you're willing to stick with your conviction. Personally I just couldn't. AD is a consistent scorer, defender, leader. He's just going to get better and better. I'm not sure what Harden we'll get after the WCF. He'll never get MVP again. Not after that... he couldn't have shrunk more if you'd put him in an ice cold bath

Gents and ladies(KS)..it really depends on your team’s need. Harden fits Houston needs a lot better than he was a non fit in OKC. However, Lebron fits everyone’s needs.. AD is probably a better fit for everyone afterwards Lebron just like KD. Step works great in the Dubs systems because of Draymond and Klay. Look at last night, just when you started to believe Klay has the best jumpers in the NBA, Step goes pure Nuclear.

The reason I reject the idea that Steph is a specialised taste is because he's not ball dominant at all. I think he makes any team he joins better. The sheer threat his presence creates is a massive advantage in itself, and obviously we haven't even looked at his skills. Guys like Harden and Westbrook are very different. Their usage makes the question of their fit much tougher imho

Just look at the difference in results. Harden joined Houston the same year Davis was a rookie and Houston has just been way more relevant than NO every single year. I know Paul joined the Rockets this year but Harden did not have a strong team around him at all before this.

AD is awesome, definitely the best big man in the league but this league is so geared for wingmen now that someone like Harden is more valuable than Davis. Maybe that changes soon as Davis is a few years younger but if I'm taking a player right now heading into next year I'd take Harden. It actually comes down to usage in a roundabout way, Harden can control the game in more ways than AD. Russ and Harden are usage rate kings and Bron has had to be that way in the playoffs this year too. Part of what separates them is efficiency and note I'm only talking playoffs here: Bron >>>>Harden>>Westbrook

Do you think that this perceived notions that the Warriors are despised as much as Lebron and the Heatles..all of my peeps in Chicago, Atlanta and Texas have a strong disenchantment

Not quite to that level. I mean LeBron is still hated by most around the country but nothing like the few years after he left Cleveland. I don't think most hate GSW, rather they hate what Durant did and therefore probably don't like him.
