Stan leads the series 8-5

They met 4 times last year. Stan winning the last 2 HC matches at the World Tour Finals and USO R16. Tomas scored a W in the first round of DC in 4 sets.

Any of these two as an eventual winner will do (yes, unlikely). Berdych is a nice guy and Stan is the Man. But, I'm pulling for Stan as this might be his only chance to reach a major final.

Stan in four.

Allez Stan!

I would really like to see Berdych win this. Will Wawrinka have a let down after his phenomenal win, or will he be confident and energized?? No clue.

Well, Berdych is the 2010 Wimbledon Champion after all so gonna be a tough match. Seriously, do tennis.com proof read their $h1t anymore these days? Clearly not.

Check this out lol!

"Berdych clinched the 3-hour, 4-minute match on his second match point when Ferrer's return of serve went wide. The 2010 Wimbledon champion has now reached the semifinals of every major, breaking a sequence of three quarterfinal defeats at Melbourne Park."

Either way its nice to see someone other than the Big Four in the finals, but I'm hoping Stan makes it. Stan in 4.

I go with Stan in 4.

For the record, I predicted Novak in 3 in QF.

That's pathetic.

I'm not exactly sure why, but I don't like Berdych...Maybe it's the way he bounces the ball before he serves. And I do kinda like Wawrinka. So, I hope Wawrinka wins.

I voted for Stan in 4. I'd also love to see him reach a slam final.

Berdych doesn't have what it takes mentally to win a Major, whether he faces Roger, Rafa, or Andy.

If he beats Murray and Rafa then not even big bad Berd is stopping him, the only one that would've crashed out with Stevie Wonder like net play

If you watched Berdych v. Ferrer, you can't have too many worries for Stan's chances. David was playing like garbage, and Berdych had the match well in hand, and then he let Ferrer back in. Yes, he won it, but he should have done it in 3. It wasn't the message you'd want to send, to either Djokovic, or, as it turns out, the giant-slayer. I went for Stan in 4 because he'll be a bit weary, and Tomas has the chops to take a set, but I think that's it.

I pick Stan the Man in four sets. Wawrinka actually matches well with Berdych hence the 8-5 H2H record. In addition, beating Novak Djokovic would give Stan the Man a lot of confidence and momentum against Berdych.

I think Stan wins in 4, he has to feel good after that match and I don't think fatigue will be much of a factor.

I think Stan wins in 4. He is on a career making 12 months.
