Looks like Monfils won the last 4 points of the TB. I could still see him wilt and throw the match away but if this is truly a new Gael he should finish this.

I thought Babies like Clowns. No, Babies are falling for clowns. Now, it would be next to
impossible for Dimi to come back.

I'd say most babies would tell you they're pretty terrified of clowns if they could speak, perhaps that is what's going on here :snigger

Monfils looks absolutely exhausted. He may well lose this still unless he miraculously perks up.

Aye, this isn't over yet. Of all the decent players likely to throw away a two set lead, Monfils has to be up there with uncertainty around his body and mind. I think this one is his though.

on the other hand he might just cut lose like he did in his last service game. I'm not sure even Del Potro hits as hard as him when he's in the mood

I am at work and not watching anything, but one time Gael was totally out of it and looked dead on his feet. The umpire asked him if he was able to go on. He said , and these are his exact words I heard" No problems, I am sneaky like that..." And sure enough, he came alive and won the next set.

Monfils plays possum a lot.

Just to keep you all informed, there is another match in progress - Simon leads Cilic by a set and is serving at *4-5 in the second. I'd expect either of these guys to pose Berdy some problems in the quarter final so the winner could be a potential semi-finalist.

So, Cilic wins the TB in set 2. It is 1-all in Armstrong.

Those folks are sure to get a free night session tonight.
