matches are always in Ashe barring weather problems.

It is now 12:25 and only now Williamses start playing doubles in Armstrong. The start time
was supposed to be 12. First of all they should have maintained a start time of 11 again
considering they have scheduled two men's singles matches (both of which have the
potential to go distance) there. Even if they scheduled it at 12, they should have made sure
that the actual match starts at 12.

I think Armstrong folks are in for a free night session tonight.
