Concerning pattern in Milos service game, towards the end of this set, his first serve % takes a dive and has to dig himself out of holes, 2 games in a row.
Same thing happened at the end of the 2 set with Chardy, which he lost.

The problem is Milos has never won a set against Isner yet, he is 0:2 with John, both matches lost in straight sets, identically 6-7, 4-6.
