Iga is running roughshod over Ons. I'll hold out some hope for Ons to turn things around, but I won't be watching.

I cant see that happening, I hope Ons can use her off season to get her injured knee fixed, it has been playing up, nearly all season

Iga Swiatek d Ons Jabeur 61 62

Tomorrow's SFs are set in Cancun,
Swiatek v Sabalenka
Pegula v Gauff

Hopefully the weather can behave, less wind and rain would be helpful

BTW,
By advancing to the Semi Finals of this year's WTA Finals. Aryna Sabalenka is the first woman in Seventeen Years to reach the semifinals or better at all four Grand Slams 'and' the WTA Finals in the same year.
The last woman to do it was Justine Henin in 2006

I feel like the semifinal draw favors Coco. If she gets by Jess, then there's a very good chance that she avoids the one player she doesn't match up well against, if Sabalenka takes down Iga.

Jess has handled the windy conditions and the high altitude better than Coco, Jess to me has been one of the stand out players in Cancun, she currently leads their H2H 2-1 against Coco, at present I favor Jess.If Coco happens to beat Jess, and Coco has to play against Iga, it will be all over 'red rover.

Well done to Jessica Pegula who has been on 'fire' in Cancun, defeats Coco Gauff 62 61 to reach the final of the WTA Finals, Jess has handled the conditions, rain delays, wind and high altitude impressively, 4-0 in matches and 8-0 in sets.
Coco never felt her tennis in Mexico.
