One other thing I want to say about the Saba comments from RG. This week on TTC I've heard a couple of commies talking about giving her grace. That they shouldn't shove a mic in someone's face straight after a loss. I'm sorry, but all of that is bogus. People have had difficult losses in finals for decades. She is the only one who has an issue when she loses. So the rules should be changed because she doesn't possess any decorum? Yeah, I don't think so. Hire a PR firm or somebody to help you manage your mouth. My momma always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, you better zip it.
Or Keli,
Engage Brain Before Opening Mouth!

BTW with her win today Kessler grabbed the last seeded spot for Wimbledon, she is seeded at No 32
Of course this can change if therre are any more withdrawals before Wimbledon
Next in line is Wang Xin and Putintseva

WTA500 Bad Hamburg
Main draw starts June 22 and the singles final will be held on Saturday June 28th.
Five of the worlds Top 10 players have entered, Diana Shnaider is the defending champion
Naomi Osaka received a wild card.
Iga Swiatek will make her first grass court appearance of 2025.
Jess Pegula world No 3 will be the Top seed, she will be aiming to shake off the disappointment of the loss as defending champion at Berlin, she held 2 MPs in a match that went for over 3 hours to Samasonova in her opening match
Jazz Paolini world no 5 also suffered a first round defeat loss in Berlin, to Ons Jabeur, Jazz has finalist points to defend at Wimbledon, she needs the match play.
Mirra Andreeva and Emma Navarro also have entered, Emma reached the SFs at Bad Homburg in each of the last 2 years, falling to the eventual winner on both occasions.
Angie Kerber is the tournament director, Angie announced recently the birth of her second child.

I have done projected QFs by seedings,

Pegula vs Navarro
Andreeva vs Shnaider
Alexandrova vs Swiatek
Paolini vs Svitolina

Swiatek up to her usual tricks of wasting time in her match against Azarenka in Bad Homburg, even Vika complained, when she is behind, which she was down 1-3 she finds a way of wasting time
Swaitek won the match 64 64, a cool handshake at the net btw

Bianca Andreescu bows out in her 2nd qualifying match against fellow Canadian Carson Branstine in 3 sets 76(3) 46 61
Andreescu could have used her PR for Wimbledon, I guess she thought she needed more match play

BTW,
I wish Alcaraz and the Wild Card Queen would get off social media, both carrying on about playing mixed doubles together at the USO, it has become " Ad Nauseam"

At Eastbourne Barbora Krejcikova has withdrawn in her QF match agains Gracheva citing thigh problem, has put an end to her title hopes

The Wild Card Queen stated despite having back problems she will wont withdraw from Wimbledon, instead will fight through the pain.
