Barty in 2. She has barely lost games this entire tournament, and hasn’t dropped even one set. The only thing that would stop her is herself: getting too nervous to win this in her home country.

Barty has dominated this tournament, her progression to the final in impressive. Collins has been a semifinalist in a past AO and has a win over Barty. With that being said I think it will be Barty in three. In this instance, I think we have, possibly, the best two players at the moment earning their way to the final. Should be a good one!

Ash Barty is bidding to win her 3rd major and 15th career title.Has won 11 of her last 13 finals.
Barty is looking to join Serena Williams as one of only two active players to win on all 3 surfaces.

Aussie Chris O'Neill was the last Australian women to win the title in 1978.

I so want Barty to win. I’m not a Collins fan.
It will be Ash's toughest match in the fortnight. She will have to block out all the noise the Banshee makes if she wants to win and serve most excellently because Collins will snack on anything remotely weak. Dani must have at least one fan as someone voted for her in 3.

If the moment doesn't get her, Ash wins in 2. If it does, she wins in 3.

Craig Tiley has invited Chris O'Neil to tonight's Ladies Final.Chris has accepted the invitation.O'Neil is keen to meet Barty in person for the first time, ideally in the scenario she is congratulating her long awaited successor.
O'Neill said,
"Her game style is different from the slog-the-baseline- play and that's exactly how she dismantles them".

OK. Hey kskate, as we're nearing the end of another A.O. if i can ask, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, what would you rate the women's singles competition this year... and how did you come to that?

For me, leaving out the two womens semifinal from my ratings, I will give the competition 8 out of 10.

Obviously like most folks , earlier on was hoping for a Barty vs Osaka match-up. It wasn't to be.
