Would be great for Raonic to score his 1st win over Djokovic especially since they have had some close matches in the past.

I think and hope Novak will win in 3 or 4.

It will be for sure his toughest match so far if Miloš can keep that level he showed. Could be very close.
Without Novak and Marin I would root for Daniil and Miloš!

Novak handles big servers usually quite well, but Raonic is playing great the whole week. He hasn't been broken once, but we know how this goes against Novak. He might be broken 5 times.

I voted Novak in 4.

This half of the draw has turned out to be quite lame. Novak is a nightmare match-up for Milos. Props to Raonic for dispatching Tsitsipas with relative ease but it made for an infinitely less interesting quarter final. Djokovic wins this in straights.

hmmm... I still think Djokovic wins but something tells me it will be harder than my fellow posters think... ...and by the way I have seen Djokovic struggle with big servers in the past. Raonic is surely playing above his ranking, at least that is clear.

I agree. Novak has a bad habit of going on walkabout for a set, and I‘m guessing it will happen again.

Raonic can win more than a set if he can force tiebreaks.

Novak can't afford this against Raonic. It's too dangerous. He need to be sharp from start to finish. If he goes 2:0 up then yes, maybe is ok, but I would prefer he seals this in 3 sets. He says Raonic serve is a bit easier to read than Karlovic and Isner.

If you analyze their head-to-head, in nine matches, Raonic has won two sets. I’m giving him one more, just because, but the more I think about it, I should have voted Novak in straights.

This is Novak’s best surface and the tourneys he’s most comfortable in, having won it 7 times. Don’t think it’s much of a stretch to peg him the favorite.
