Federer should be given credit for his match so far. No one was giving him a chance before the match. Most people said will Nadal. The traffic has been Roger's so far. And this match has lived up to the expectations.

Seriously mate, some of the Djoker/RBA rallies weren't great tennis.

I would agree actually. Just RBA getting the backhand back in but unwilling to do anything with it. And Djokovic not pulling the trigger either. But I think he won both of those rallies because he eventually pulled the trigger. But I mean. If it goes to 45 shots at Wimbledon. I don't care how it happens. That's great. I mean. We just don't play at that level and don't know how hard that really is. It's a different type of level or different type of greatness. But I mean. We didn't see it in the first round. It happened in the semis between two guys that have split some matches now because they're both that solid.

Nadal must hold here he does not want to let Roger serve first in the 4th set...

Roger's angles, reflexes, physicality, etc. everything has been amazing. It's not what people expected. Roger's keeping up in long rallies. He's playing great deeper into the match. I mean, can we take a moment to appreciate Federer's physicality? I know he's not Nadal but he's too underrrated in this regard. He's a beast himself.

No break chance this time. Loses 4 in a row after going up 30-love. But. He'll feel more confident in this service game hopefully. After the last few.

Imperial play from Federer. It’s a pity that the legs are not there anymore.

So 2 sets to 1. Another great service game. ... Did I say 2 sets to love earlier? Sorry if I did. Anyways. How on earth will this 4th set shake out? Still. Nice to know Fed can't lose in this particular set. But. I do worry that he lets thoughts like that enter into his mind and then his intensity drops and Nadal pounces. He'll definitely need to keep up that intensity to start the 4th. Nadal sending good messages there after the break though. Just battling and letting Fed know that it will continue to be hard to break him no matter how many break chances he gets. Of course, Fed already knows, as does the rest of the world, that Nadal is going nowhere. But Nadal still making sure to make that message loud and clear.

Nadal has to serve better than this.
