I am a Federer guy, but I never thought he had a chance today. Times change. Rafa is worn down physically, Fed is worn down mentally. He's weary and you can see this when he plays big points. He runs out of gas. Versus Novak that is like meat to a shark. Nevertheless, the sad concerning thing on the tour is the five best players are all 28 years of age or older, and I don't see any player worth mentioning on the horizon. Therefore, we could be right back here next year. Some young guys need to step up.

he did come close-ish to the USO last year. AO/FO seem even more unlikely. anyway - haven't we had this conversation one time too many by now?
