Of all the books you've ever read, name one that changed how you think?

You don't necessarily have to agree with everything in it - just one that changed your mindset.

I'll start with one - The Kybalion. The power of the book was't so much in the content itself, but rather the gates of curiosity it opened for me to explore how some natural laws worked. Essentially a gateway.

Another game changer was a book called Modern Money Mechanics by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from which I concluded that the masses basically live in the most ingenious slavery system.

I'll surely check that out!

This book from George Orwell's 1984 ,was a book I had to study in my last year at high school,
It was a profound, chilling and enduring warning about the fragility of human freedom and the dangers of unchecked, centralized power, and it teaches when a government or entity controls information and language, they can ultimately control reality and thought.

Man's Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl is one for sure. I am still trying to understand it but it has changed me for sure. A summary of it would be Rocky's speech to his son in the movie Rocky Balboa...about how winning is done.

The Road to Serfdom by Hayek is certainly one of them. But I’m sure I can think of more. Good thread. I’ll have a look at the suggestions

Hard to have a discussion about books without this coming up and for good reason. I'm sometimes hesitant to mention it as it's hardly an original choice but the truth is it's a fantastic book which has only grown in value over the years given how visionary it turned out to be.

one of my favourite scenes in film. The words were so powerful! It could be an indictment of this entire generation to be honest
