Stan will really save tennis when he beat his arrogant countryfellow is semi...or maybe Meddi'll do this dirty job ? whoever'll do that will save tennis

We get it. You hate Federer. In this case though, you're left in a shit situation because the only guy left in the draw who is likely to be able to beat Nadal here is Federer and you hate both of them. So you gotta ask yourself, who do you hate more.

Which means that his "injury" is not too serious......I'm glad to see how well Stan is playing, hope to see him in the final B-)

I know it's hard as it doesn't come naturally but please try hard to not be an idiot with this "injury" crap you keep posting about other players not named Nadal. With what's at stake here and all these guys playing for history, you'd want to be some clown to think he was faking an injury when he was the favourite to win the whole tournament. Btw no one said it was very serious but it was serious enough to cause him to stop playing so that in itself should be enough for you to stop the silly quotation bs around the word injury.

Well... can't say I'm surprised Schwartzman beat him. I've been short Zverev stock for sometime. I was looking to a potential victory as an opportunity to cover. Guess not! He's Grigor 2.0 to me...

Does she hate Rafa as well? Strangely, we don’t even who her favorite player is. We only know the players she hates.

Nalbandian of course was her favourite. She posts some silly crap about Manacor's Bull every so often but she clearly doesn't like him either. Gun to my head though, I'd say she'd pick him over Federer but she doesn't like either of them.

She likes Murray and del Potro. I don't know why so much piling on Isabelle all of a sudden.

Because it's just stupid to read all the anti Federer posts from her when it's likely to be either him or Nadal as the eventual winner and she dislikes them both. Also really dumb calling him arrogant old Swiss based on comments he made over a decade ago and ANY top sports player is arrogant or they wouldn't be a top player.

The supposedly arrogant old Swiss gives his opponents plenty of credit and respect but she's blinded by illogical hatred of things that aren't even true. The only thing she got right is he's old.

I just got back from the Open a little bit ago and thought I'd post a little report from the front. The rain came earlier than expected, but it's all clear now, so the roof should be open for Rafa v. Cilic. But we got rained on all day, so I got to experience the roofs closes on both Ashe and Armstrong for the first time. Cool day, so it was really comfortable inside both. Bencic played great today; Osaka looked flat and got treated for the knee. Osaka is bigger in person than I thought, and Bencic is smaller. Berrettini just out-muscled Rublev. We waited at the practice courts to see Rafa at 3pm, but it started to rain at 2:45, so we had to give up. Finally got tired of being wet, so after Matteo, we didn't go back to Ashe for Schwartzman's win. But the up-grades at BJKTC look great.

Pretty funny to hear you complaining about someone dragging out old news to complain about a player that they don't like. Or blinded by illogical hatred and claiming things that aren't true, eh?

Rich coming from you. Back in the day when she hated Rafa it used to tick you off.
I only didn't like when she said "Mr. Butt." Which she has quit doing. I don't remember her saying anything else that would indicate that she hates Rafa. Besides, she mostly just posts who's injured, who's coming back and what goes on with the French guys. She puts a bit of salt and editorial in, and folks jump on her...basically the ones most guilty of partisan bile, is all I'm saying.

Zverev seemed to have some difficulty in his past matches before he prevailed in them so it seemed like a matter of time before he would go down to an opponent. Schwartzman seem to keep the pressure on him though which his previous opponents neglected to do and Zverev could not dig himself out of the hole he put himself in.
