There seems no end in sight with the Syrian situation. Millions of migrants in neighbouring countries, an out of control ISIS group running rampant and a dictatorial government all clashing at every other turn.  On the geopolitical level, The West and Russia are firmly divided on a way forward.

IT''S now clear beyond doubt - and this is to the rest of the world outside of the USA ''we are the indispensable nation" paradigm...:

the russians are the OPPOSITE of just about every propaganda posing as 'news' by the western mainstream media of decades..

first: russia ISN'T isolated and ''in tatters'' as obama boasted..russia IS the country that a LOT of emerging countries that have experienced decades, even centuries of western colonizing , have clearly been looking TO for RELIEF from such western colonizing..

 

it's just that the modern communications have allowed much of the world to almost instantly VERIFY what the orwellian western/amercan mantras and ''reportage" DON'T say..or try to frame - to paint some country they disapprove of in its independent decisions as some kind of ''threat to the world" when in fact -- the USA and its vassals are the ones that are guilty ones of the very accusations they hurl at russia....

 

the point is: they - washington DC - for all their TRILLIONS of imperial military 'majesty' complete with the global decades of ''reportage" - are swiftly being ''undressed" by the russians, diplomatically and in decisive action - for the hypocrites, and bungling idiots that they really are. ..whose main and habitual ''accomplishments" all these decades are DISASTER after disaster causing -- as PUTIN put it:

 

"nothing but violence, bloodshed , destruction and needless suffering"...''all in the name of their so-called democracy"..

 

they're so dumbfounded and thunderstruck that just HOURS after putin made his UN statement - clarifying what the USA tries to obfuscate -- for the whole world to hear and see once and for all -- russia could deploy so efficiently its military presence to try and preserve the LEGITIMATE government in syria .

 

practically NO syrian i have met - personally -- disagrees that assa IS their legitimate leader whether or not others approve of their style of governance..it is ''our reality and conditions" as different cultures...and NOT subject to american or western dictates..

and therefore -- russia which has shown its almost OBSESSIVE attention to international laws, in contrast to the USA that just throws them away whenever convenient -- russia is completely within reason and legal right AS REQUESTED by the legitimate syrian government which the USA wants to ''regime change"  (in itself a CRIMINAL act of war like in ukraine) to be in syria.

 

also -- SYRIA AND RUSSIA have had strong , deep cultural and religious bonds SINCE THE 10TH CENTURY! it was RUSSIA long ago that actually protected SYRIA's christians during the ottoman empire's forays - while also protecting even the muslim populations ..that's partly why in russia there are muslims because of their old ties..

yet -- this UPSTART of a 'nation' - USA -- thinks it can just ride in and give orders? lol.

 

the fact of the matter is:

 

ALL the ''great religions" that sprang from the middle east - have found their greatest ''safety'' living together quite harmoniously ...

 

in NO OTHER ''western" country THAN RUSSIA!

 

THE orthodox christians, the jews (whom russia originally saved millions of them from hitler in poland) - the muslims (they just blessed the recently finished largest mosque in europe -- in the heart of moscow that can house 10,000 people at one time) - the buddhists , the animists...etc...

but IF it takes military action to FIRMLY take the bull by the horn - with no dilly-dallying and pointless talk -- after long  - careful consideration -- the russians just DO IT!

if america and europe have displayed so openly their LACK OF RESPECT for cultures and societies -- such as of the 'east' - and south -- they could at least have retained some respect for THEMSELVES -- BUT EVEN THAT -- they can't manage...because all they ARE now are FOOTSOLDIERS of their master UNCLE SAM! in their collective rush to their own ''civilizational self-destruction".

Well, one thing is for sure... the world always needs a counterbalance, whether that be Russia, China or whoever...

Theatre Syria... I'm still non-plussed about the "regime change" ideal of the west.

Replace with what?? The "Free Syrian Army" is a figment of western imagination and has no mandate with the Syrians.

I'm still trying to figure out the intended end game for the west... it has to be more than destablising the government and installing a puppet, surely?

I fail to see what the benefits are.
Saddam Hussein was overthrown because he was going to against the established oil cartels and begin trading in basket currencies outside the petro-dollar.
Gadaffi was overthrown because he was trying to launch a pan-African currency outside the dollar.

Russia has been vilified becuase they are trading outside of the dollar...

We all know the collapse of the petro-dollar equals the end of the American dominance in the world as we know it.

But, I just don't get the Syrian situation... enlighten me.

THE SYRIA SITUATION -- and i have followed these matters assiduously - and certainly from the REAL reportage across the world that most americans WON'/T ever hear of...

and THAT'S not even russia's most advanced! - it goes UP in scale and quality to S-400 WHICH was sold for the first time to china - and which will prove to be HELL for anyone trying to attack a country that has them ...

 

and THAT is not YET russia's most advanced which it keeps for itself

 

S-500 WHICH it reserves for the moment for its ARCTIC COASTS.

is INCREDIBLE in its acrobatics, speed, maneuverability - ease of flight - accuracy - with TWO pilots seating inside a cockpit that LOOKS LIKE A LUXURY CAR! complete with food compartments, refrigerator and cold drinks!! because it is able to fly NON-STOP for 24 hours from air-fueling capability -- and performs as an all-weather flier with special abilities for night flights and battles.

 

but THAT is not even the most advanced.

 

there is still the SUKHOI - 35 which is so incredible it can get off the ground in about a thousand feet - as a big plane -- 3 seconds after wheels are off the ground - no more than the length of the plane in height -- SUDDENLY go 90 degree angle straight UP to the sky like a rocket ship -- shortening its ability to reach dominance height!

The Russians are ramping up their Syrian offensive.  Troops on the ground and increased aerial bombardment of the extremist groups in opposition.  I've got to say, I find the hypocrisy in the west quite laughable.  Every Russian sortie being evaluated for potential loss of life to non-combatants.  Quite a contrast from the western bombing of Yugoslavia, Libya, Syria, Iraq... where "collateral damage" was seen as a side issue that paled into insignificance for the "greater good".
