There are new rules regarding receivers. The receiver must have time to catch the ball, prepare to run it and defend against the strip all at the same time.

and the defender is supposed to stand around and twiddle his thumbs until the receiver has prepared to run? or gets called for a personal foul? Jeez... playing defense is getting virtually impossible.
