Keys defeats Vinci 6-4 6-4. Madison dominated the match to a bigger degree than the scoreline suggested. Vinci was pretty lacklustre. Tons of UFEs and only 4 or 5 winners in the entire match compared to Key's 40+. Madison still has a tendency to overcook it at times... but I'd rather see a point lost by overcooking a positive shot than Vinci's constant netting. Her sliced backhand was awful today.
