Elena has been on a tear since Ningbo in October. If she doesn't win that tournament, she doesn't make the Year End final (a tournament she won), and Mirra does instead. Very interesting how Elena's career has reached new heights, while Mirra continues to regress.

Mirra still has 'teething problems' her focus has been her big let down since coming on the tour full time, also she has to get rid of that extreme fhand grip, for starters, also I have been saying that for years about Gauff.

Winning breeds Success, Elena has always had the game, I thought after winning Wimbledon she would have gone on with it, but she had a lot of health problems, pulled out of tournaments and then had coaching problems, with the WTA banning Vukov for one year due to abusive behavior, which she has always denied. The upcoming clay tournament will be interesting to see how she performs., as she has the game to do well on the clay.

Gauff will serve for the 1st set 5-3, I thought Bencic would be targeting Gauff's fhand so far in this match, not a good idea to go to Gauff's bhand it is one of the best in the womens tour
