I wanted to create a poll and when I clicked on "Post this poll" for some reason, it created only a regular thread. I am scratching my head because I have no idea what happened.

Anyways I am going with Julien Benneteau in 3 sets, for sentimental reasons.

There, I fixed it for you!

Kinda late?
Where is the other semi thread?

David in straights, one set being tight.

Interesting tidbit is that each of these guys saved match point in their opening match of the tournament. You'd have to favor Ferrer regardless of surface but the fast courts could give Benneteau a chance.

Julien held tough for half the first set and lost it 6-3
David ahead 5-2 in the second set.
This whole match could be done in 1 1/4 hour.

Very tough Ferrer out there today. In the interview after the match, they asked him if he'd like to run a marathon like Wozniaki, and he said after tennis. Said that he wasn't running so much in training now, more cycling to protect his knees. Then he smiled and said, "but I like to run," and they all laughed. He does like to run!

Lots of smokers run marathons......so Ferrer should be ok to run.

I am glad Benneteau is gone. I believe he could create more trouble than Ferrer for Roger,
assuming he gets to finals. Not only because Julien has won a couple of matches against Roger,
but also due to the fact some of the matches that Roger won against him were pretty tricky.
I think there is some "match up" issue here (that I cannot articulate in more detail at this time).
