Ruud's more a blocker of service rerturns rather than a punisher! I was the same way; just wanted to make my opponent play!

Yeah, the commentator said Ruud is complaining that too much time is being given, and Novak is complaining that not enough is given. All the ump has to do is run the rulebook... which probably favours Ruud's take.
