Murray now putting Monaco to the sword, suddenly his forehand is finding every corner and he's up a double break in the decider - hopefully he'll play his first final in 15 months tomorrow then...

2-6 6-3 6-0, Murray to face Robredo in tomorrow's final - should be an interesting match.

Andy leads their H2H 3-2. Robredo's wins both came in 2006-7. Murray has won their only meeting in 5 years, at Wimbledon last year.

Only caught the end but Andy looked flat and Robredo appeared to be playing out of his skin. I have nothing but admiration for what he's still capable of...

Or perhaps I should stop writing the obituary as Andy saves 4 match points. 6-6 in the breaker...

Murray saves 5 Championship points and takes the second set tie break 11-9 after trailing 6-2...

Poor old Tommy could barely move in the decider and it's over in a flash. Murray wins his first title since Wimbledon 2013.

It's only Shenzhen, it was only Robredo, the third set was a non-contest and he did have to save 5 championship points in the second set, but it's a title all the same. A step in the right direction.
