Ostapenko will face Ekaterina Alexandrova for the title
Both Ostapenko and Alexandrova are bidding for their second title of the year. Alexandrova was too strong for Maria winning 62 64.
Ostapenko and Alexandrova have split their 4 mettings, Alexandrova won their latest meeting in Madrid (clay) this year.

Ekaterina Alexandrova won her 3rd career title and her 2nd of 2022 with a straight sets defeat of Jelena Osptapenko 76 (4) 60
Alexandrova was more lethal off the ground, her UFE count was also lower, able to absorb the power of Ostapenko. Ostapenko did have a MTO in the 2nd sets on her right foot, her movement was hampered, Alexandrova dropped just one more point, her back hand was impressive throughout the match providing her with many winners.
