I cannot even begin to name my favorite movies from him as there are way too many. RIP Mr. Duvall.

OMG, from Boo in "To kill a Mockingbird" to "The great Santini" to TV's "Lonesome Dove", to "Network" to "Tender Mercies".... the list goes on and on and on

Loved him as Bob Hodges in "Colors"; his pivotal role as Tom in the first two Godfather movies (how pivotal could be seen in how the 3rd film faltered without his character as Coppola in hindsight conceded), I thought of his roles in "The Judge", "A Civil Action" , again the list is endless

and of course Colonel William , "the smell of napalm in the morning." from "Apocalypse now"

This! Two of my favourite quotes/speeches in movie history were by him. Apocalypse now and his story about the old bull in Colors. Fantastic!

Another one I liked him in was "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas. One that flew under the radar a little.

R.I.P Neil.

Really was a gifted and one of greatest singer-songwriters of his generation.

Captain & Tennille and Neil Sedaka - Love will Keep Us Together from Midnight Special

Live from the television series The Midnight Special, The Captain and Tennille sing their famous hit "Love Will Keep Us Together." It was co-written by Neil Sedaka and Howard Greenfield. The song went to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart nine weeks after its debut in 1975, and went on to win the Grammy Award for Record of the Year.
