I am an active tennis player and a user experience/web designer. I have implemented various applications for tennis clubs to local clubs and have observed several major problems.
The most common problem was that users were having problems using these applications, as they were not well designed and confusing for users. Other major problems were that applications were used for one purpose and were not compatible with other applications.
For example a league system was not in any way connected to a reservation system, or users were not connected to multiple systems.
Having experience in solving these problems i created a very simple demo of a system that can be used in both large and small clubs to the satisfaction and ease of use for the players, while solving problems for the club owners.
