Oh, no.
He may never win a title now. The entire locker room knows the deal and no one will show him mercy. They'll just keep the ball in play and wait for him to implode.
This is a crusher. I hope he can recover from this. Seriously.

Unless he exercised those demons w/ a shrink, I don't see him getting out of this, especially not against the Energizer friggin bunny. I would be happy to be proven wrong.

This wound up being just like the Rybakina/Fernandez match from yesterday! It was another ugly match ending in a 3rd set TB that wasn't in question after a choke job! I thought ADF was gonna exercise those "demons!" Too bad! :astonished-face::yawningface::fearful-face:

It's obvious, he can't do it on his own. It's time to swallow your pride and call in the mental calvary. Otherwise, this will keep happening.

That's nothing new about players in this new Millennium! Fedalovic have all won Masters & Majors due to so many who can't seem to "finish!" :fearful-face:
That's certainly not the main reason that Fedalovic won so many masters and Majors. They were just better.

Just tuning into Fonseca v Schoolkate match in Toronto, windy conditions on court
Both players have been serving very well, little opportunity for either player to break the serve
TB for the 1st set
TB was tight with few margins, Fonseca with a UFE on his fhand, Aussie Q won the 1st set TB 76(5)
An untidy service game from Fonseca ( too many ufe) early in the 2nd set and Schoolkate breaks
Schoolgate will serve for the match 5-4, Fonseca unable to break the serve of Schoolgate, get any BPs, whose serve has been 'on point' in this match
A first top 50 victory for Schoolgate d Fonseca 76(5) 64

According to Grigor Dimitrov's manager, Grigor will miss the USO still recovering from him injury and hopes to return in China
Quite frankly after having 'pec surgery' his hopes of returning for the USO were far fetched to me, hopefully he will be fit to return in China

Just watching Perricard v Rune in Toronto
Both players held their serves comfortably, went to a TB which was close, Perricard did have a mini break, good ROS from Rune and got the mini break back
A DF from Perricard and Rune won the 1st set 76(7)
Rune won the match 76(7) 63 a good solid win from Rune today, his serve and his return of serve was 'on song'
Perricard won their previous meeting which was indoors in Basel last year

what kind of advice is that. He won Cinci last year. It didn't stop him from running through everyone at the USO. Why would he change anything about his prep this year?

Maxime Cressy has announced that he'll will be out of the tour for an indefinite time, so he can focus on recovering from a back injury, since 2023 he has had severe lower back pains, but played through the pain

I am not surprised that Tsitspas lost in 3 sets to Aussie Chris O'Connell 64 46 62, after he decided that Goran Ivanisevic was too tough and decided to ran back to his father in Toronto today

I hate to say it, but unless Tsitsipas and Rune accept tough coaching, this is the product we're going to continue to get from them.

As usual Mussetti wins the 1st set 63 and then 'implodes' to lose the match 36 67(4) 64 to Michelsen
You can leave your Italian passport in the locker room Lorenzo!
