The main draw ceremony for the AO in 2026 will be held on Thursday 15th January ( time to be advised) the tournament will run from Sunday 18th January through to February 1.

Top 5 Ace Hitters for 2025!

1. Fritz, trumped everyone, hitting 867 aces in 74 outings,, an average he generated nearly 12 aces in every match he played on tour
2. Opekla, he hit 790 aces in 49 appearances on the tour, he averaged the highest, recording roughly 16 aces per match.
3. FAA, produced 783 aces in 74 matches to claim 3rd spot. his average comes to roughly 10 aces per match
4. Mensik, hitting 679 aces to rank 4th on the list
5. Bublik, hit 674 aces in the 58 matches on the ATP tour this season, averaged roughly 11 aces per match

The ATP Board of Directors approved the permanent adoption of scheduling measures trialed during the 2024 and 2025 seasons to reduce # of late night finishes. These measure have already delivered a reduction in matches concluding after midnight from 50 in 2924 to 39 in 2025

Mensik the No 1 seed in the ATP Next Gen ATP Finals has withdrawn on medical advice and his place will be taken by Justin Engel, who is set to make his debut in the finals. The 18yo German won a Challenger Tour title in 2025 and made the QFs in Stuttgart

Valentin Vacherot has been voted as the inaugural winner of "Breakthrough of the Year" in the ATP Awards.
The four nominees- Jack Draper, Joao Fonseca, Jakub Mensik and Vacherot - were determind by International Tennis Writers Association vote.
The decision to award Vacherot, who became the lowest ranked ATP Masters 1000 champion in history at the Rolex Shanghai Masters, was made by the 29 members of the ATP No 1 Club ( the current and former players to have reached No 1 in the PIF ATP rankings)

They definitely got that one wrong. It should have went to either Fonseca or Mensik. They are younger, and more consistent throughout the year. Vacherot was only great after the US Open.

Draper should have not been eligible. His breakthrough was last year. He finished last year 15th in the world rankings, which is higher than the current rankings of Fonseca and Mensik.
