Who wins?

Their head-to-head is 2-2, and they haven’t played since 2018. I’m going with Kerber in 3.

This is tough one to call.

I am voting for Kerbie (who won Berlin and then backing it up for here) , but rooting for Ash (as I like her game much better).

It is not clear how much the hip injury of Ash will still play a role.

One thing we can count on is that this will be a three setter.

Ash has to play Angie up the middle more in this match up (something Coco Gauff did not do in their previous match) Kerber can create angles off both wings and stays close on the baseline.,also stays down lower has great lower leg strength.
This is their first meeting on grass

These would be my two favs left in the tournament, but I'm leaning Ash. But glad to see Kerber resurgent. I do agree it will be 3 sets. I went with Ash.

I want Ash to win ...Kerber seems very desperate to win this match.

Wow, I’m surprised Kerber is going down so easily. I thought this would at least go three.
So did I. It looked like it was going to, too, until Ash got that break back. She's playing some terrific tennis. I'd love to see her lift the trophy on Sat.

So proud of you Ash,this is your dream to play a final at Wimbledon....I did pick you to win, though in 3 sets:)
I kept scores at work,I will watch the replay later

Shout out to Angie Kerber,....Angie has been in the 'tennis wilderness for over 2 years and found her game at the tournament she won on grass in Germany, hopefully she can continue this great form on the HC....Well done Angie!
