With Uniqlo, there is not much success on the tennis courts though.

Haha the damn Nike curse. Roger did pretty damn well with them over the years. And yes I'm joking around, I am superstitious but not to THAT level. Fed's struggles since jumping ship are more age related and a drop in motivation afrer #20. I have no doubt the motivation is back in full swing as his career is being threatened quite directly.

One of the cleanest set s of grass court tennis Roger has played in a long time. Bottle it up I say.

Why don’t they use the serve clock at Wimbledon?

Some bad stats from Roger:

3/12 BP's
Just 48 winners to 29 UFE
Just 8 aces and 4 doubles.

Part of that is probably shit surface but also the 3/12 is the main reason they are still out there.

Roger still wasting too many break chances. But the DTL backhand is looking much better. He needs that shot to have a chance against Rafa or Nole.

That running cross court BH pass by Fed was a best shot of the day so far. Yeah, he is wasting too many BPs, but his game looks way better than the first set.

So Fed gets his 100th Wimbledon win. Great day for him. Too good for Nishikori today. Nishikori's serve just too vulnerable. Always has been always will be.

Now I understand why John MacEnroe always says that the 2008 Wimbledon final is the greatest match he ever watched.
