Halep is too steady for Ostapenko..Ostapenko time will come but Halep has the experience, IMO.

Ostapenko in two sets. Unless she is injured, I think she has too much power for Halep. This is a bad matchup because Halep doesn't have much variety. Her balls will be whacked for winners.

Hope you're right,10isfan! I thought the same regarding Pliskova although her movement is a bit too clunky for clay. Nothing against Halep as she played great against Pliskova but I prefer aggressive tennis over defensive.

Exactly, Front. I like watching players that make me periodically let out a WOW. Defensive players just aren't that dazzling.

I've got to think despite Osta's firepower, Simona will find a way to win this. She will break Osta's serve alot. Simona in 3, but this loss will fire the youngster up for greater things.
