Draper just looks like the better player - at least more consistent. Musetti reminds me of another italian, Berrettini - aside from also being very good looking. Moments of lovely play interspersed with blown chances.

Well deserved win by Draper 63 76(4)
Draper has played well all week and will be hard to beat in the final
I cant see Ruud defeating him, Rudd has to take pain killers before his match with Cerundolo he felt something in his rib area when he was doing his warm up

Tough loss, but you've got to like the last two Masters for Musetti - F and SF. Only player to reach SF or better in both.
Agree, though I would have liked him to reach the final, Jack was the better player and deserves to be in the final where he will be hard to beat

Draper and Ruud will face each other in the final
First meeting on tour
Neither player has dropped a set all week
Draper looking for his 2nd Masters title
Ruud playing in his 3rd career Masters final, playing for his first Masters title

BTW,
Draper is the new #2 in the live race to the ATP finals

Memo to Jannik Sinner,

Enough training with Jack Draper he is playing too good for my liking, Capire!

BTW,
My tennis journalist friend who texted me in one of Jack Drapers earlier matches in Madrid saying that Jack Draper may well win a GS title before Zverev may come true:)

If Jack Draper wins a slam, 2001 will be the first cohort with multiple players winning a slam since 1988 (del Potro and Cilic).
Hold your horses he hasnt won a GS as yet, my concerns with him is his fitness in a best of 5 match, his fitness and endurance has improved, lets see if that holds up going into Rome and the real test will be at RG, where the big fitness and endurance lies
BTW that dosent mean I have Draper as one of the favorites at the moment for RG, Rome will give a better indication for all players and their chances for this years RG title
BTW my tennis journalist friend who texted me saying Jack could win a GS title before Zverev is British :) just a tad one eyed!
