Quality of the match dropped a lot. Nadal adjusted well to Zverev´s game but could not capitalize a lost the set on an UFE.

Poor alright. May well go back to bed soon. Zverev's UFE ratio and serving have been poor but he can surely only get better or who knows, maybe more of the same. Not great viewing though.

Quads look bigger than they have recently too I reckon. Poor match this, Zverev is making way too many errors now. Definitely heading back to bed now at nearly 6:30am! Hopefully things will pick up and the match will improve.

Nice. Just a quick check of the scores before I head to bed and 1 set all in the Istomin v Carreno Busta match and Istomin is up 3-0 in set 3. Hopefully he goes on to win.

The difference in tennis IQ is immense. It took Nadal the first two games to adjust to Zverev and slow his own pace. It took Zverev two sets to realize that.

Nadal deserved the break in the third game of the third set, but Zverev got lucky on that one.
