It's a tragic tale, and the tragedy of it is still fresh for the people who were there. Now, I know they have the toughest job in society, but the British police have been consistently discredited over the last few decades. The Guildford 4, the Birmingham 6, Hillsborough, and now Plebgate, which is growing into a farce of nasty dimensions.

But the Hillsborough one is the worst. There were several football stadium tragedies around those years, promoting the shift to all-seater stadiums. Let's hope the next inquiry puts this fully behind everyone...
