She said the foot or ankle that she hurt in Australia is still bothering her and she couldn't keep going on it and had to rest it.

Petra kept her winnig streak going to her 12th victory in a row. But did you know that Wozniacki had a streak of 12 semifinals won since 2016 and she lost in her 13th semi. Mighty fine number me thinks. Todays match was a thriller which should have been won by Caroline in the second set where she had two chances to serve home the match - well that's tennis. Nice to see Petra back on top again.
