Thanks Kieran! You are one of the best posters.

I know that you are a friendly bunch. :D That´s why I finally got enough nerve up (as a shy person this is huge for me) to post here. If I had to devote time posting (well, truth be told more reading, less posting :)) at a forum, it had to be with a friendly bunch.

Don't be fooled by Kieran's antics. He is anything but friendly ;)

Of course I am - I'm friendly with Rafa fans! :p

He's a rafa fan backstabber :lolz: Butters up us non-rafa fans with a pleasant sense of humor, and then has the gall to root for his favorite player.

Ok enough cuddling around.

Kei vs Rafa, David vs Goliath. I think Kei has a chance, if he´s fit enough. Key is good deep returns on Rafa´s serve, take the ball early and hit deep, and don´t give Rafa any angles to work with. Also, cc backhand needs to click to avoid that. Can´t wait to see this match, hope Kei is up for the challenge.

How is that the Canadian broadcaster showed the whole guy's tournament 8 hours per day for the whole week, but now showing the taped women's final?

I am relocating...

love hold for Rafa 1-0. Kei looks stiff and unmovable. Hopefully he loosens up

I am watching the third link on frombar, seems to be working well so far.

NiKO breaks after a very nice point.

NiKo going for it. He is smart enough to know he is not going to end up winning long rallies behind the baseline. So far it is working. Two breaks.

There's a reason I didn't freak out because Nadal produced one good match against Berdych (a tailor made opponent for him to look good against). Kei is playing great, but as long as Nadal serves worse than the WTA tour, he can't even defend his service games to stay in the match, which makes proceedings even more lopsided.

Just got home to a proper connection (was at my mum's place all weekend on a crud slow connection) and surprised by the scoreline.
