It's her coaching staff. I don't know why she left her coach that got her to 2 slam finals, but she either needs someone else or crawl back to him. Sara is not aggressive enough. Never was. How can she teach what she never possessed? When you don't have natural raw power, you have to be more creative with your aggression. She barely comes to the net anymore. Nor does she open up the court w/ angles or dropshots. She thinks she can slug it out from the baseline w/ these power players. Not gonna happen with that love offering of a serve. She will get roasted every time.

Maybe she'll wake up when she falls out of the top 10. That could happen soon unless she scores some new results. She has SF points in MIA and Stuttgart and 1000 points in Rome.
I agree with Jaz coaching staff at present, she has become 'too passive' which was soo obvious in her SF against Bucsa, also I dont think she needs to play doubles at every tournament, at this stage she needs to get back her Mojo
I wasnt happy when she took on Errani as part of her coaching team, the serve has to change ASAP

Winning her first singles and maiden title, WTA500, Christina Bucsa defeated Frech 61 46 64 ( the first set she lost all tournament) the title came on a DF but it was a marathon point at 15-30 that set up MP that was impressive for Bucsa to come through after not serving it out the prior game
Bucsa/Jiang (2) d Haverlag/Lumsden 64 61 to win the Doubles title.
