"IS IT SAFE?"

Is that not one of the most memorable lines in cinematic history!

Sure is. I was never a fan of Olivier, however I loved him in Marathon Man.

as for something completely different: how about some recognition for Tom Hardy. weird, weird guy. some horrible movie choices aside (after all, acting is still a job and you need to make some money) - the guy is seriously dedicated to his craft. "Bronson" was a truly stunning performance if you ask me. my only problem with him might be that half of the time, you have no idea what he's saying.

Completely agree. I was also very impressed by him in Dark Knight Rises as Bain. It's a great physical performance.

Don't like Will at all. Much prefer the comedic skills of Vince Vaughn.

Vince Vaughn has his moments, but he and owen wilson (excluding wes anderson movies) both spend too much time trying to be cool/fast talking guys. It seems more ego obsessed and often not too funny to me. I prefer the way Gervais in particular but also farrel are willing to play fools with horrible flaws but ultimately relatable or at least pitiable. I also like Simon Pegg and Martin Freeman a lot.
