Andreescu who made the final, due to a walkover from Halep (stiff neck) will be playing her first final since Miami 2021, this is her first final on grass.

Congratulations to Caroline Garcia winning her 8th WTA title and her 1st since 2019 at Nottingham, defeating Bianca Andreescu 67(5) 64 64.
Seeing this was Bianca's first final on grass, I hope she can take the positives from the week and carry them into Wimbledon, Bianca has always been one of my favorite players on tour, she has a great game for all surfaces and most importantly a great IQ when it comes to tennis.
