So Djokovic wins his 57th career title, 25th Masters and 9th title of 2015. His record since the USO is simply amazing. In the doubles, Raven Klaasen and Marcelo Melo, suddenly emerging as the team to beat, takes the Shanghai title.

Just woke up and said 'as expected' at the result. While watching the Nadal match replay yesterday I was thinking to myself that it really didn't matter who was going to be on the other side of the net on Sunday. The outcome would remain the same. No one is beating Nole at this point.

Re : Tsonga and a resurgence, let's pump the brakes. The only person he beat of note to get there was a resurgent Nadal and in that match took an inexplicable bagel to the face. Wouldn't hold my breath for Tsonga, the mental gaffes are still there

Nothing bizarre about it. Some players do peak in their late twenties like Wawrinka does, Anderson does, and so on.
Tsonga might not be among them, not to mention Tsonga is 2 years older than Nole. Who knows, perhaps in 2 years from now, Nole also would be beyond his best and going downhill.
Also, Tsonga had many injuries through his career, while Nole not so much.

Are you kidding me? If I even try to attempt to do something that Djokovic does, I will snap something and be maimed for life. I'll just sit back and enjoy watching Djoko do the stretching as I exercise by brushing the seaweed falvored pretzel crumbs off of myself. :snicker

Bercy organizers fought and got a week break between them and the WTF. Since then, everybody plays there. The skipping was done when WTF was happening in the week immediately after Bercy.
(remember that Bercy told ATP that if WTF is going to be the right next week, they would actualy
prefer to hold Bercy in Feb).
