Here is the link for the draw.

Murray can meet Nole at the quarters. Wawrinka and Dimitrov are on the same half.

Roger has Ferrer in his quarter, Berdych and Raonic for the other quarter.

Kyrgios can meet in Murray in 2nd round and that will be the first match for
Murray and second match for Kyrgios as Murray has a bye in the 1st round.
Could be interesting to see.

JJ can meet Roger.

JJ is in a slump and so I am not worried of him.

Roger has cup cake draw. Novak will fail before final as this is his first tourney
after wedding and honeymoon.

Potentially, Novak has Stepanek or Monfils for his first match, Tsonga for his 2nd match, Stan and then Grigor. :snigger Nice.

No worries, I will be there to cheer him to victories. I don't care who will be on the other side of the net.

Potential thornes in Roger's Path: Cilic in R16 and Berdych/Gulbis in SF.
But, I am not worried too much.

Novak won't be in the finals. Assuming Roger reaches final, he will
win against any dude from the other half.

It is one of the two.

But, I do agree that Novak has tough draw. You forgot to mention Murray in QF
or you think Murray is safe as he has "f******** tennis"

p.s. the *'s stand for orgotten.

Djokovic/Tsonga section is a toughie.

Murray's section should be routine in any other year but based on Andy's performances this year, I'm still a bit worried - hopefully I'm just panicking? :/

Nishikori has very tough early rounds, I'll be pleasantly surprised if he factors into the Stan/Grigor section. Mr Dimitrov, if he plays to his best level, has a really good chance of going deep here, I feel.

Raonic will be glad to go into Berdy's quarter rather than Novak's or Roger's, but his early rounds are far from straightforward either...

Roger has the nicest draw in my opinion. Cilic could be tricky, but I can't see Mr Federer losing before the semi finals, and even then I think it's unlikely - Berdy or Gulbis could give him a headache but it's far from a guarantee that they get that far in the first place. I think there will be a fair bit of fairly smart money going on RF having a good week here.

I hope Novak gets a good workout in, wins a couple of matches, and finds his stride on North American hardcourts. I'm not as concerned about him winning Rogers, given the dual higs of winning Wimbledon and getting married in the past few weeks.

Personally, I am more concerned for him to win Cincinnati. It's the only Masters shield he does not own, and he'd be one-up on both Roger and Rafa if he can finally win that title.

Piece of cake for Nole :lolz: He was there for the draw ceremony, couldn't he have picked a little better.:snigger

But who knows, I learned not to comment on the draws. In the past, the draws that looked the most difficult for me, turned out to be not so bad. The ones that seemed "easier" turned out to be a nightmare. So whatever. Idemo Nole! I am excited to watch Nole vs either Steps or Gael, as I don't recall ever watching either one of them play live.

Murray should be happy that he drew Novak in QF. He could have drawn Novak
at R16 had not Rafa withdrawn and promoted Murray to a top 8 seed.

I think he may have preferred to draw an uncertain Berdy or an inconsistent Stannis at the QF stage than Nole :)

You're slightly incorrect though - Murray would have to have been seeded 13-16 in order to be seeded to face Nole at L16 stage. If he was 9th seed, he would have faced seeds 5-8 in the last 16, which would have been Berdy, Daveed, Milos or the Grig if Rafa hadn't been injured.

I stand corrected. But, Murray might make it there soon though.

If he doesn't buck his ideas up then Andy isn't far from the nasty 13-16 tier of seedings, but I do have an oddly good feeling about his prospects in these upcoming tournaments..... touch wood!

Thanks! I took a quick look... so it's either or Stan/Dimi and then Murray. :) Sweet.

I think you should start taking slow looks at the draw. It is Murray and
then Stan or Dimi.

I was just exaggerating. Murray would not go into that territory even if he
does not have a great American Hardcourt Season considering that he has ZERO
points to defend after that in the fall season (as he was out last year witht he
surgery during that time frame).

Also, I think he will have decent performance in NA hard courts, even if he
ends up winning nothing. Besides, he does not have much to defeind in
NA hard courts either (a R16 in Canada and QF in cincy and uso).

For example, if he lives upto his seeding and loses to Novak in Toronoto,
that would already fetch him 180 points and that is actualy better than what
he did (90) last year.
